Emergency Fire Apparatus Dealership/Service Center is seeking an experienced field service technician to join our team in our location.
Job Description:
The Field Service Technician is responsible for the service and repair all fire apparatus equipment, troubleshooting and analysis of apparatus failure, and keeping apparatus and equipment in a high level of service and safety. These repairs will be performed on the road at customer’s locations.
Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Clean driving record with or able to obtain a Class B non-exempt CDL driver license
- Knowledge of repair principles and procedures in all areas of the Heavy Truck Repair Industry.
- EVT (Emergency Vehicle Technician) and ASE Heavy Truck Certifications are a plus.
Abilities and Skills:
- Must be willing to travel within an assigned territory.
- Must be dependable
- Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written
- Must assume responsibility for high quality of repair processes
Compensation and Benefits:
- Full Time Positions
- Compensation is based on experienced
