Whether you need routine service or serious mechanical repairs, our staff of factory trained EVT and ASE Certified Technicians have the ability to solve your problems and get you back in service.  The EVT certification improves the quality of emergency vehicle service and repair throughout North America by providing a certification program that recognizes a technicians level of education, training, and experience.  Have confidence that our maintenance and repairs are completed by factory authorized and EVT Certified Technician.  Each service facility is equipped with an underground pump test station to diagnose your problem, test the repair and certify your fire pump.  Our Mobile Service maximizes your convenience.  Avoid taking time away from your work to bring your truck in for routine preventive maintenance.  Instead, our service staff coordinates with you and sends our technician to your location to perform the minor repairs and maintenance.  A 24/7 Out of Service Call will rescue you if there are times when you can't make it into a repair facility.  A crew will be quickly dispatched to fix your truck on the spot.  If the work cannot be done on the road, your truck will be towed back to our facilities to receive the full benefit that the staff of the nearest Service Center can provide and in many cases, a loaner pumper can be offered to support your agency while your apparatus is down.  

We repair all makes and models of fire apparatus. We outfit our field service technicians with fully-equipped mobile service units to handle your service needs in the station, or on the road in an emergency. All of our conveniently located service centers offer pump testing.Our service centers are fully-equipped to handle all of your fire apparatus service needs. our technicians are factory-trained, EVT and ASE certified. This factory training includes instruction for most major component manufacturers, including Hale, Waterous, Harrison, and Hendrickson, to name a few.

Service and Repair History

Our software system allows us to maintain the repair history of an individual vehicle or entire fleet of apparatus. We also provide itemized computer-generated invoices for each repair visit.

Warranty Policy

All repairs made by Siddons-Martin Emergency Group are covered for 90 days from date of service. This warranty applies to parts and labor only.
